The X-Intake Manifold is a perfect way to improve the throttle response and improve airflow into your Cummins engine and is so simple to install it takes only minutes with basic hand tools.  The extra-large reserve hold available air that will be used when needed for an increased response time on the acceleration, this combined with the smooth radius turns reduce airflow turbulence within the intake manifold for a higher rate of airflow into your engine. 

As an attempt to further improve the airflow BD Diesel position all bolts outside the intake manifold, instead of through it, reducing airflow turbulence.  This is so effective that it can even be measured with Horsepower gains when calculating time to speed. 

Each Air Intake Manifold is conveniently pre-drilled with two ports making it easy to monitor boost and/or install injection system directly into the back of your intake manifold.  Each intake manifold is finished with a black powder coat for a clean professional looking installation.
